Great haircut for my boy, possibly best he's had. Asked for it to be left a little longer on top and the barber listened, making a wonderful job of blending it with the back and sides. Friendly service, good value.

I visit Penrith roughly monthly for personal reasons. I visit Top Cut when I am there to have my (remaining) hair trimmed. They are great. Quick, expert and personable! My wife maintains that their hair cuts should be bottled! Highly recommended!
