Beautiful sight to see. Id recommend the hike up the hill even though its about a half a mile. The views were beautiful. Its super safe. Tons of people with children and riding bikes. The woods were amazing and the walkways well maintained. Wear the proper shoes.

Stunning spot for a walk in the woods. If you go on a clear day you can see pretty much all the way into the Lake District. There is a great loop round that takes about 45mins to an hour walking at a reasonable pace.

Absolutely beautiful great views, fresh air and a escape from reality. Mountains, lakes, trees, wildlife and stunning night skies!!!
